Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website on www.schoolandleisure.co.za you may return it to the School & Leisure store that stocks your uniform for a refund, replacement or exchange provided that the conditions of our Refund & Exchange policy below have been satisfied. See “store list” below for address for refunds & exchanges
3. Please note that should you the purchaser wish to exchange a product due to incorrect sizing / or refund a product and the conditions in 1. above have been met then the cost of couriering the product back to School & Leisure shall be incurred by the purchaser.
3.1 To avoid any additional costs and speedy service we recommend taking the goods back to the designated store that stocks your specific uniform should you wish to exchange a product for an alternate size.

A refund will be made in the same tender type that the purchase was made.
4.1 [a]Return the item to the School & Leisure store that stocks your school’ s uniform, together with your Till slip / Invoice and we will refund or exchange the product.
[b] If we don’t have stock in our store of a replacement product for the original product ordered a refund will be made to the purchaser.
A refund will be made in the same tender type that the purchase was made.

4.2 Email online@schoolandleisure.co.za and request School & Leisure to collect the product in question within 48 hours of receiving the goods. School & Leisure will send Cloud Logistics [our courier] to collect the damaged product at our own expense.

Conditions for exchange or refund
1. We will exchange or refund a product provided that:- there is valid proof of purchase, i.e. till slip
- it is within 2 months of the original purchase date
- it is in its original packaging or condition, i.e the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable), product is unworn and unused and the online store's price ticket is attached.

Policy for return of goods received that were Damaged
4.
